Description:
Primarily responsibility is to make placements that lead to rehabilitation per LDA's NYS VESID contract and document accordingly. Works with indivuals we serve, employers and support teams to see that successful employment happens.
Compensation: $26,000 - $31,977 depending on experience
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Two years experience working with individuals with developmental and or learning disabilities or providing employment services to a youth or adult population required.
- Experience with VESID and OMRDD philosophy and services strongly preferred.
Requirements:
- Ability to travel anywhere in Monroe and surrounding areas as needed.
- Valid New York State Driver's License and a registered, insured vehicle is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Other Competencies:
- Able to establish and maintain relationships with potential employers desired.
- Effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel desired.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a broad audience required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines required.
Hours:
Full time - approximately 40 hours per week.
