Description:
Provides comprehensive assessment, academic advocacy and support, job readiness, job placement, career exploration, and case management services to youth with the goal of strengthening their academic, job seeking, job keeping, career exploration and life management skills.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a closely related field.
- A minimum of two years experience working with adolescents with disabilities or urban youth.
- Experience providing school to work, employment counseling, service coordination or job placement experience preferred.
- Valid New York State Driver's License and a registered, insured vehicle.
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including regular evenings and weekends.
Hours:
Part time - approximately 30 hours per week.
