Parent Workshop - Is your preschooler ready for school?Thursday, October 7 2010 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Is your young child reaching typical developmental milestones within the expected timeframe? What do you do or who do you turn to if you answered no to the above question? Research shows that growth and development are most rapid in the early years of life. The earlier problems are identified and addressed, the greater the chance of eliminating them. This 1 hour workshop will give parents and daycare providers tips on monitoring the development of young children and how to work with your school district to determine if there is a need for support or services.
