Understanding Co-Dependency

This workshop will help you to better understand co-dependency, the most common behaviors associated with co-dependency and the consequences of engaging in such behaviors. He will describe the history of co-dependency.
Mr Carlino will discuss:
- The characteristics of co-dependency
- How co-dependency developes in families
- How to identify co-dependent behaviors
- Care taking behaviors when over used
- Letting go "with love"
