Minimizing Co-Dependency
Wednesday, April 1st, 2009, 6 to 9pm
A continuation of workshop 1 - this workshop will engage the audience through activities and discussions to better understand the consequences of co-dependent behaviors and help to develop strategies to begin to change co-dependent behaviors.
Mr Carlino will discuss:
- The characteristics of co-dependency
- How to recognize co-dependent and enabling behaviors
- How to avoid "the trap" of co-dependent relationships
- Hands on practice to develop and support new behaviors to minimize co-dependency.
