Marilyn Stata Named Self-Advocate of the Year

The Self-Advocacy Association of New York State, Inc. has named Marilyn Stata, LDA Friends Helping Friends Assistant, 2007 Self-Advocate of the Year. Marilyn joined LDA's staff in 2006. The Self-Advocacy Association of New York State, Inc. (www.sanys.org) is a not-for profit, grassroots organization run by and for people with developmental disabilities.
