Employment Support Services

LDA's Employment Counselors work one-on-one with job seekers to provide individualized services and support with job searches, exploration or career development. Employment counselors help to develop a career plan for each client based on a client's educational background, work history, career goals and barriers to employment. Employment Counselors provide ongoing support to assist individuals in developing strategies and accessing accommodations to be successful in the workplace.
